Jon Chandler, Owner / Operator

Jon brings a comprehensive understanding of the construction and remodeling industry, driving the management and overall success of all our projects. A Pacific Northwest native with a lifelong passion for building, he honed his early carpentry & construction skills working alongside local experts and esteemed builders including Fidalgo Bay Construction and Paulk Custom Homes. To complement his extensive on-the-job training in Skagit Valley and King County, Jon holds multiple degrees and accredited certifications from Washington institutions, including Skagit Valley College, Western Washington University, Renton Technical College, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Jon founded Chandler's Facility Services to help his community navigate home remodels, Managing Projects & Subcontractors, and Specialized improvements. Since its launch, the company has built a diverse clientele, serving residential homeowners, Property Managers, and small-business owners throughout King, Snohomish, Whatcom and Island counties. He has dedicated his career to delivering high-quality property management, remodeling, and general construction services. He began his journey in 2005 as a Carpentry Apprentice in custom home construction and site development, gaining extensive hands-on experience building homes from the ground up. Over the years, Jon has worked closely with local Property and Business Owners, solidifying his reputation as one of the region’s most trusted construction and remodeling contractors.
