Consultation Process

• 1) Phone Consultation

• Get to know each other, review your Home Project History, and share about our history and expertise.

• Review: goals, functionality improvements, pictures and design elements, and priorities of each project(s).

• Discuss project budget and cost ranges based-off similar projects. (every project is different)

• 2) In-Person Consultation

• Arrange specific amount of time to walk through project(s)

  -2-hour minimum ($300.00) Consultation Fee within 25 miles of Bothell, WA

• In-person serves also serves as a measurement & evaluation for parts of the project.

• We can initiate an agreement at this phase (or during the phone consultation) and work towards collecting details to form an initial Proposal, which serves as a contract. Additional meetings will occur after the first in-person consultation either remotely or arranged at a later date on-site. The subsequent visits are intended for meeting with Trusted and Licensed/Certified: Structural engineer, Plumber, Electrician, HVAC Mechanic, and other Specialty Tradesmen to help narrow down the scope and costs associated.

• Proposal Contract: This is where the scope of work will be outlined including inclusions, exclusions, and will serve as road map for how we want to phase the project and revise parts.

• 3) Pre-Construction Meeting

• Review final draft of proposal, project schedules, make edits, sign and solidify payment schedule.

• Deposit, exchange of keys & start date review process.

• Review Change Order procedure: "Work to be added to original Scope of work"

• 4) Project Construction

• We will review expectations, project updates and forms of communication.

• Your Home / Site will be kept orderly and clean. Site protection will be tailored to your preference. Hours of operation and phases will be shared on an on-going basis.

• We understand "shit happens" and life does not always go as planned and this is why we keep our Smartphones and Computers handy at all times, so we ask you keep us in the know.

• 5) Project Completion

• The final walk-through and "punchlist session" will give us the opportunity to review issues or concerns, variables and make changes.

• We can also provide a "maintenance schedule" and handle future services.
