After being involved with Jon Chandler on two projects, I would not consider working with any other contractor.  One of our projects involved a complete renovation of our entire condo, and Jon’s attention to detail, his creative abilities and his beautiful workmanship are just some of the qualities that I find impressive.  Making sure that product was either on site or readily available made the project move forward seamlessly.  Unfailingly positive and fun to work with, Jon is a master of exemplary customer service.  Jon is willing to invest time in research, and is able to think outside the box to arrive at a desired result.  The magnitude of our condo renovation required transparency and clarity about costs and money management.  As we got to know Jon, his ethics and honesty made it easy to take the leap of faith that is so important in a relationship of this nature.  I recommend Jon without reservation, and I am looking forward to working with him again.

I needed about 50% of the flooring updated in my home and needed a bathroom remodel completed. Jon was absolutely AMAZING to work with the entire time. He helped me select the right materials (he took time to meet me at the wholesaler while I selected materials) and confirmed the delivery timeframe before I confirmed (the timeline was an important factor for me/my family). Additionally, he and his team were kind and flexible the entire time, they worked around our work/school schedules and communicated regularly, both over the phone (with photos/videos/calls when we preferred to be off site) and met in person whenever we were able. I will be using Jon for all future home construction projects because he is a stand out: kind, yet professional, honors timelines, procures needed materials early and does the work exceptionally well. He treats your home like its his – that’s unusual in the home remodel business, but exactly what all of us clients are seeking!  

Jon did a remodel for me, and it turned out incredible.  His design was thoughtful, respectful of the budget, the his work ethic is incredible.  He Had countertop workers/plumbing/electrical come, and did painting/woodwork himself.  I can’t give Jon enough enough praise. If I ever do another remodel, or need a contractor, Jon is certainly it. 

Jon’s a great contractor. I lived in a building where he provided his services and he was great to have for any of our needs. He was really responsive and provided timely maintenance whenever we needed something. Would definitely recommend him!

Jon Chandler did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen.  His communication is great, he always left the house very clean, he has incredible attention to detail, and he was very clear and up-front about costs.  We are super satisfied with his work.  I highly recommend him!

John is a great person to work with and contract Construction-Remodeling Projects to. He is a professional-contractor and provides the highest level of service on each and every project he is involved in! 

Jon has been providing a huge variety of services for me as a multi-family property owner for over a year now and is an excellent contractor.  He is always attentive, timely, has a clean workspace and is meticulous in his work which is exactly what I need.  My tenants love him (as do I) and I'm able to trust him to take care of them appropriately.  He has done everything for me from obtaining bids and supervising those crews to providing numerous services directly.  With his previous skill set running large crews, this has come in very handy when I've done large projects like security fencing and hardscape which need to be managed by a third party but I do not have the bandwidth to do.  The projects he has personally done for me include everything from building out areas, numerous repairs, fine woodwork and installing security equipment, just to name a few.  He is very cost conscious and frequently gives me ideas to save money.  And he's genuinely a nice guy! 

 Jon Chandler is handling management (including building projects and repairs) in the apartment where I live in Ravenna where I live. I find him reliable, quick to respond to inquiries and requests, friendly and polite. He has an amazing work ethic and a high standard of workmanship. And he he always leaves things clean and orderly.

 I would highly recommend Jon.   He is on time, extremely polite and a good communicator.

The projects he helped me with were mounting a couple of televisions, installing ceiling fan, some drywall repair, and minor repairs on my deck.  Jon was extremely thorough and suggested a couple of ideas that made everything look better.   Most home repair folks provide the bare minimum, Jon went the extra mile with immaculate clean up and explanation of any repairs.

His billing was easy to understand and when I had a question he responded quickly and professionally.

I enjoyed working with Jon and plan to use him again soon.

In my past projects, I have found it very hard to find reliable contractors who get the job done in a timely manner, but Jon is incredibly different. Not only is he at the job when you need him, he offers detailed suggestions on materials and options and then accomplished the work with pride and efficiency. My favorite project with Jon was changing the use of our family clubhouse. He transformed the space into one of our favorite summer hangouts!
