About Chandler's Facility Services
Jon Chandler, Owner & Operator of CFS, has a comprehensive understanding of the Construction and Remodeling industry. He is A Pacific Northwest native with a lifelong-passion for building & constructing with his hands. Jon honed his early carpentry & construction skills working alongside local-experts and esteemed builders including Bob Aahl, Fidalgo Bay Construction, Ron Paulk Custom Homes, and Shilshole Construction & Development. To complement his extensive home building experience, Jon holds multiple degrees & accredited certifications from Washington institutions, including Skagit Valley College, Western Washington University, Renton Technical College, and Various Professional Accredited Trainings through manufacturers.
Jon founded Chandler's Facility Services to help his community to plan & navigate Home Remodels & Renovations, as well as Managing all project phases & Subcontractors involved in the project. He also gained extensive experience in handling Tenant Improvement projects for Commercial Clients. Since CFS launched, Jon's company has built a diverse clientele, serving Residential-Homeowners, Commercial Property-Owners, and Small-Business owners throughout King County, Snohomish County, Whatcom & Island Counties.
Jon is dedicated to delivering high-quality Construction services STRICTLY with premium products & highly-experienced Tradesmen & Tradeswomen. Over the last 21-years, Jon has worked closely with Local Property & Business Owners, solidifying his reputation as one of the region’s most trusted construction & remodeling professionals. His hands-on involvement & on-site management have brought forth success on each & every project!
